I went back and reviewed some of those CapOne threads and I would challenge you to find one where I talked down the "entire south" (wow) or even disrespected LSU. Btw, Fish, I live in the south, have for all but three of the past 38 years, married the "Queen of Greenieland" from Beaumont, Texas, had a son graduate from Auburn and a daughter graduate from Georgia... after my wife passed in 94, I married a born and bred Florida girl. I have six granchildren... all born and bred southerners. So cut the crap about the "southerners ain't smart enough"... my grandbabies might read this and inherit your complex. (and, yes, if you're gonna call me a smart ass (twice now), then I have no problem mentioning your complex):yelwink2:
:geaux: Trying to get that idiot USL-UIS to understand & acknowledge common sense and established facts is just banging your head against a brick wall. You'd have better luck teaching a three year old calculus. And besides being an idiot he just enjoys stirring the pot and spinnin' people up. He's a lot easier to deal with in Ignore Button Land, which is where he is for me. :LSU231:
Well since I would get banned for calling you an idiot, I won't. Love this forum where they allow a one way discussion. Great forum B. See you don't want the Truth. The Truth is you are delusional if you think there is a conspiracy and ESPN is trying to "murder" LSU. The only one stirring the pot is you, instead of being a sane person you are using Auburnfanism to ignore the Truth so your bubble isn't popped. Hey, I am fine with it, just don't try and convince me of delusional fantasies which are lies. You would just be fine with the story if it were Alabama players on there. Run, shout it's a conspiracy!!!!!! ESPN is trying to bring the program down!!!!! Funny stuff. The solution is simple, stop doing it or you will see many more stories on this. This years Les Math is fitting 23 players in 9 scholarship slots. Instead of discussing how LSU should stop this type of behavior, you call me names instead. Funny, these articles are not going to stop, this is no surprise really they been coming out for well over a year.
No, that is called sugarcoating it and not telling the whole story. Porter was told he had a spot for 2011, that ended up being a lie and he was thrown out of the dorm. And if you think Porter and Garrett are the only ones you are smoking some good stuff and need to send me some. In the end, it's irrelevant. LSU oversigns in the process puts itself in a position to have to break promises and throw kids attending school out of the dorm. There is nothing wrong with the story, this will be the end result of this type of behavior. I fail to see you point. LSU can continue and I would expect even more stories on this, or they can change their operation. The choice is theirs. I liked the story, I hope ESPN does more stories on this. If the schools don't think there is anything wrong with it, they won't have a problem with the stories and would even provide interviews for them.
there was an article at one time in which miles was quoted saying something about garrett needing to do some things. no, i dont have a link to it. but look at these two pics. tell me with a straight face the kid was keeping himself in playing shape. spring 09 fall 09
Haha really. Garrett looking big enough like Lorenzen was. Also I think Lorenzen was one of the very few "husky" QBs and to get away with it.
