That's fair, but the penalty should still be death; especially in situations like Sandusky's. Did you read what that POS is accused of? I had to quit reading the grand juries' indictment because it was so disgusting. As previously mentioned, I have a 10yr old son and couldn't even imagine how the Penn State administration could cover that up. I can't even think of an adjective strong enough to describe how wrong that is. They ALL must go and I hope those that perjured themselves do time with too.
