well if you ever dealt with a tow company, im sure she was justified. but shes still vile dressing someone down like that.
I would be interested to see the entire video and the specific circumstances of her towing. However, her commentary should have been directed at the company in general as opposed to the clerk. Even then, if I was pissed at the clerk I would use some colorful language but not the "I'm better than you" bullshit. That is weak. It seems her co-workers want her fired...she must be really sweet, lol.
I think she mumbled something about getting oral surgery in the not too distant future. I think the employee was hoping that it was just biting sarcasm.
Most tow companies are pretty much scum of the Earth... Guy's Towing is extremely predatory in Lafayette. Park one inch past a line and you can expect to get pulled...
