Even with a Tenn loss last night, how on earth do they not go to Baton Rouge? It's one of the best matchups next week, but moreover it's the first post-storm game played in BR. The entire country will be focused on that game, and the prissy Vols whining about the gametime, etc., gives ESPN a built-in storyline.
No ESPN show: Saturday's Oregon-USC game was one of a few potential sites for the ESPN "College GameDay" show to set up shop. But in the end, ESPN chose to take its traveling pregame show to Baton Rouge, La., where Louisiana State plays host to Tennessee on Saturday. I hope this is right.
