last straw for me was going for the fg....same as nd game

idgaf if there’s no way for the 4th down attempt to be successful you still go so your team can see you don’t quit....under any circumstances and that starts at the top

    Its straight up coaching.

We could tell the Oline to fall down and it would create more time than whiffing blocks.

He has an impressive resume. Perhaps time has passed him by.

So you think we have excellent players in the O line?

I didn't say that. But the gap of players has on LSU compared to SELA and MSU is larger than the gap bama has on us and even they can shut us down on O.

I mean fuck, we lost to Troy last year.

Its not like we have 1-2 games a year with bad O. Its practically every damned week with a random UGA like game.

Hey I Live in Bama country at least you have others fans to pat you on the back and say " I feel your pain " instead I get salt in the wounds from the Gumps. Yes we didn't score, Cole Tracy missed a easy field goal, guess he sucks too. How many teams that Scored on Bama did it after half time when the 3rd and 4th string was in ? I hear LSU sucks more on here that on the local stations.
I reserve judgement on coach o till after year is over, I am betting nobody wanted to coach offense for a lame duck coach thanks to all the negative pub the LSU fans heaped on the staff as soon as he was hired. At the end of the year we might be the closest team score wise to beating Bama they are that good, hate it but it is true.

A&M played them better. Like you, in the land of opposing fans, I’m already hearing about that and how our streak vs the Aggies ends this year. Even after they’ve just lost 2 straight. No fan base is more delusional than Texas A&M.

Our offense is antiquated and we dont develop QBs. Our WRs have NFL talent, but they aren’t real productive at LSU.

It’s coaching. The teams that have beaten Bama in the last several years have offenses that don’t look like ours. It’s almost like we are trying to beat Bama by being like Bama. We’re never gonna do that. Even Saban’s getting away from the pure ground and pound.

What we’re doing isn’t working. Need to clean house on offense and go with a different approach.
