I've read the Mayans were further advanced than we are currently but that their focus was not on material things as the focus of our civilization is. They may not have been advanced in the way we measure advancement, but that doesn't mean they weren't advanced. Don't know how true it is but it is an interesting thought. Europeans were more technologically advanced and destroyed a culture that may have been greater than their own. I think there are similarities in the Mayan/Egyptian/Hindu cosmology. There is a lot of continuity in the culture of SE Asia, so I think there is probably something to be understood from their world view.
I found this awesome equation which prooves the Mayans are right, but their 2012 = our 2007. Yikes. http://www.coasttocoastam.com/gen/page1886.html?theme=light
I can't believe you are quoting a kooky website such as coast to coast. I quit listening fourteen years ago when the black helicopters where going to round up Americans and take them to concentration camps.
...I think it's a slow post day and he's kidding. However, anyone with an "abortion is murder"' signature probably thinks (hopes?) God's wrath is imminent.
Sourdoughman, I'm just kidding around. I do listen to Coast to Coast, but only for its entertainment value. I don't beleive anything they have on here.
I know, I had to mess with you since since I had brought up some weird stuff last summer and you told me I listened to coast to coast to much. Just getting even!
