I sucked at rope climb and pullups,.. could situp all day, but didn't do em,.. built up to where I could do 5 reps of 60 fine quality pushups a day,.. lol, I'd do one now, stretch, and take a nap on the floor
The lower weight guys could go up that rope fast too. I never could do rope climb, at the time though 100+ pushups were no problem
