Hmmm. That makes little sense to me.

After our game, I was afraid, when I watched Nevada and Missouri State repeatedly rip off long runs against us,... lowly Missouri State for crying out loud..

Since, things have stabilized, we're much better now. I wouldn't mind having a piece of LSU or Alabama,.. in fact, I can think of several pieces I would want... TM7 first comes to mind...

Be careful what you wish for. Set your goals at a Rose Bowl Championship. Apparently that's what Left Coasters see as the Holy Grail. Leave the National Championship race to the big boys.

Of coarse things have stabalized for you on defense mr. Duck. See who you play again with honest eyes. You don't have 335 lb linemen pulling with a 280 lb fullback that runs a 4.5 40 following them trying to break some poor bastards facemask off and stomp on his balls while running over him looking for some other poor bastard to break in half. Behind this pissed off wall of human battering rams is a 235 pound tailback trying to kill the person between himself and the goal line. Thus is the lsu rushing attack that you can not stop, neither in the past nor the future.
Your best runningback was caught from behind by a 285lb defensive lineman. Think about that. Think about what the visor, he is wiser than you think, said after the lsu game. " there is a diffrent kind of athlete out there on the field playing for lsu than we normally face". He knows. You should also. You're a smart man. We will kick the crack out of your asz if you make it to the dome. Don't you want to WIN your bowl game for recruiting purposes instead of losing again this season to a superior sec team. Think long and hard about wanting any part of lsu again or of bama. Be smart now.

I bet in his mind he's 285. He plays bigger than he is plus I'm a homer and over do it a little.

Yep - doesn't really matter how big he really is. What counts is how big and mean he THINKS he is!
