Copying Austin is a lot different than copying Texas. Austin is one of my favorite cities in the US. It’s a pretty liberal college town from a social mindset, some call it California in Texas. But it still has some of the nice conservative perks like no State Tax for Texas, although property tax is a bitch, but still better than Cali. Property value though and cost of living is significantly lower as well. The women are beautiful, the city is beautiful, always something to do, and it’s very diverse. Food is great too. If you ever get the chance to go there I highly recommend it.
