It is crazy that both Scott Frost AND Chip Kelly were hot and available this offseason, but because Jimbo dragged out the FSU deal both were sewn up elsewhere when Taggart was finally able to take his dream job. If I am Oregon, yeah, I am mad at Taggart, but it's hard to hate on a guy taking his literal dream job. I'd be furious with Jimbo.
If I wanted to be fair and rational I'd see it that way too Taggart and Jimbo have the same agent,.. Jimmy Sexton,.. that's who I blame. I think we're going to be fine, Taggart's play calling during games seemed kinda uninspired. Newly promoted Duck OC, Marcus Arroyo will now call the plays, he was our QB/TE coach, it'll be interesting to see what his schemes are like tomorrow, (12:30 PT ABC). Head Coach Cristobal, great recruiter, great offensive line coach,.. he's impressed me all along. Go Ducks,.. we need a win oh, almost forgot [
@GiantDuckFan eye candy aside I think you guys will be better off. Taggart was always looking to be home so I don’t think he gave you guys the passion you deserve, I think a coach has to love his guys and his university to be at his best, not looking for the next best thing. Good luck to you, I miss you guys being at the top!!! We need more Tiger/Duck playoff games!
Tigers and Ducks was great,.. I wish the PAC and the SEC had a bowl game tie-in together,.. like maybe our #5s could play each other.
