    Yeah, it takes a little getting used to, but it’s good. I can’t eat rice, can eat quinoa. It isn’t starchy, probably easier to digest.

    Not really. Turns out our grandparents had it right. Farm food. What God makes is good what man makes sucks for the most part. It's pretty simple just ignore the government lying about it all.

    Nah, just eat more natural and less processed. Less starch and sugar too.

    It is true that caloric reduction is good for you; I’ve heard.

    You could do both; haven’t tried the jambalaya but I’ve been wanting to. Sadly, most sausage has fillers that isn’t good for me.

    While that sounds sensible our ancestors didn't live all that long. In 1900 life expectancy was about 50.
