That is correct.

It is friggin cold here,.. the temp has been near zero in the morning with highs in the mid 20's,.. with at least 5 more days of similar weather. A couple of weeks ago I was hoping for a big snow storm,.. now I'm hoping for spring. North of me at Crater Lake, there has been about 12 feet of snow since December 5th. Not even close to a record though.
