    Corso,.. his advice to Ducks coach Mark Helfrich is to shake up his similarly tight-knit staff or risk his program slipping even further than its 3-3 record this season.

    "Coach Mark Helfrich is at a crossroads in his career," Corso said during a "College GameDay" segment Saturday morning, broadcast live from Ann Arbor, Mich. "He's got to make some major decisions. ... He's got to change his staff."

    :cool: The ol geezer's talkin about Don Pellum the Duck's Defensive Coordinator. When our old DC retired before last season, many wanted Helfrich to hire a big name to replace him, instead, as is our custom we chose in house, promoting our long time Linebackers coach. Not an especially popular choice, as linebackers have never been the Duck's strength. Last year worked out ok,.. but this year, the Duck's pass defense is rated 124th out of 127 teams.

    Gonna beat the Huskies though.
