nice try My grower used to ship to me via UPS, but now I'm a marijuana farmer, certified by the State of Oregon,.. I'm my only customer.
That's understandable,.. I guess I'm a wuss, we have very low humidity here and 90 still makes me miserable. Those days are gone now, it might snow Saturday.
In contrast, it's 95 degrees and humid in Dallas today. We've had a hellaciously hot September so far--with the promise of some relief in the upper 80's by the weekend. I love living in DFW, but for two things: 1) the natural scenery is ugly and 2) summer heat.
The summer was hot here too. I was overstating snow Saturday, it might spit some in the morning. We'll probably see the 80s again this year, then again, KF's altitude is 4200 ft and it's tucked up next to a mountain range, I could wake up to 2-4 inches of snow. None on our mountains yet.
Still in the 90's here in Baton Rouge, too...and projected to be until halfway through October. Summer never ends here...Blech.
I like cooler weather. Now, that's not to say I love days in Dallas when it's 30 degrees with a 30 mph north wind (which is not uncommon in the winter.) During stretches like that, I can never seem to get warm. It was like that the whole time my dad was in the hospital up here last Christmas break (after he had a heart attack and open heart surgery while he was visiting for Christmas). It had snowed on Christmas day, and there were patches of snow on the ground at the hospital until the 2nd week of January.
