I dont know Tiga, the wife tells me I cook a pretty mean bird. Think you'd like mine. I just get a breast BTW. (Wife and I like white meat)
Just an update. The fried pork loin was good, but don't stuff it with garlic. It doesn't cook long enough to make the garlic tender and give it that mild flavor. Smoked/bbq pork loin > fried pork loin ... and healthier!
