They call them "faithless" voters. As of about a half hour ago, Hillary had lost 6 votes to faithless voters; in addition to the one in Minnesota, there was one in Colorado and 4 in Washington. Trump had lost none, but Texas hasn't reported in yet. The count was 256-135. edit: let me clarify. The voters in Minnesota and Colorado refused to vote for Clinton and were replaced with electors who did vote for her. The ones in Washington, as far as I know, were actually allowed to vote as they pleased. One voted for a local native American, the other 3 voted for Colin Powell.
