I disagree, we have been voting for white guys for years....lol Also, this is my main problem with conservatives. They dont realize how much of the black vote they can get because traditional blacks are really social conservatives. All they would have to do is condemn the racist like Limbaugh in the party and do some outreach. Its really a simple equation.
He needs to give Harry Reid the finger. This is all based on Reid's rumor that he has given no evidence for and is possibly a complete lie. There is no need to answer hollow insinuations.

True enough that Reid's accusation is baseless unless he indentifies his source which you and I both know that he will not do. True or not, it has Romney in a very awkward political position and the only way out of it is to show a few more years of tax returns and move on. I was listening to Ed Rollins, longtime Republican strategist, yesterday and he was saying the same thing. Regardless of how bad it may seem, if he doesn't show something.....anything.....then it gives the perception that he has something to hide.

Romney had to go waaaay right to win the nomination. He can only move so close to center without seriously compromising earlier stances. The democratic campaign is surely waiting to pounce on the first flip-flop in his attempt to coax the swing voters in the middle. It is sometimes forgotten that the republican women voters are far more moderate than their male counterparts. Some, appalled by Grizzly Mom, voted for Obama last time around and large numbers of republican women elected Sir William of Smooth to two terms. Obama is going to try to be maximum charming to the female voters. Romney is so wooden and cold that he can just about forget the charm thing.
IF Romney has paid taxes, then Reid has lobbed a real softball for Romney to hit over the fence. Reid is daring him to swing. did is risking a PR bashing if Romney releases his returns and has paid adequate taxes. Of course if Romney releases and has paid no taxes, it is a PR disaster for Romney. If he does nothing, that tells everyone something, too. He will come out of this looking both self-serving and dishonest. The Democrats have played this very smart . . . if their intelligence is correct. And they seem pretty smug.
