this i a poor understanding on how this legal process works. the intention was never to exonerate. the intention was to find if there was something to prosecute. there wasnt. if you go to court and are found not guilty, thats not exoneration. even if you are totally innocent. you are not found innocent. thats why they find you "not guilty" or "guilty" and not "innocent" vs "guilty". the dems are using your lack of sophistication on the process against you.
