But if you think he didn't encourage that mob to take the action they did, I don't know what to tell you. Did you watch the video of the mob storming the Capitol? If you don't think the vast majority of them were Trump supporters then I think you need to get your eyes checked.
Was he the only one? Probably not but do you dispute that the great majority including the violent ones were Trump followers? BTW there seem to have been a few right wing participants in the summer violence. I don’t doubt that they were a best minor players and the responsibility is on the antifa and the Democrats who either egged them on excused them. That includes the current VP. Regardless you can’t excuse bad actions just because someone else got away with a similar act. If that is the case we don’t have a society but anarchy.
I keep hearing this, but have yet to see any evidence. Do you have a quote, video clip, or something to show Trump encouraged that mob's action? Or what do you base this on? I honestly want to consider this objectively.
My remarks are based upon my interpretation of the comments he made to his supporters. No, he didn't flat out tell them to storm the Capitol and take the action they did. But a lot of them interpreted his remarks that way in my opinion. Lastly, if there was any lingering doubt as to who the mob was comprised of, have you watched the video they just showed. Let me restate. I'm a lifelong Republican. I can't recall ever voting for a Democrat for national office. But that doesn't mean I can't call a spade a spade when I think I see one.
Let me state the obvious yet again. Out of hundreds of thousands of Trump supporters who were in Washington that day a handful of them along with some antifa and BLM thugs wearing MAGA hats and T shirts stormed the Capitol building. Now turn up your hearing aid and rewatch the clip of what Trump said.

And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere. We've got to get the children connected to their parents." What she is urging is harassment: If you see someone who works for President Donald Trump, you confront them. You build a crowd. You "push back on them." "You push back on them" - that's at least inciting harassment, maybe even violence.
And how many of those arrested and charged with violence are identified as leftist? ONE. How many arrested and charged with violence are Trump supporters? So far 169. Please take your orange colored glasses off.
