My friend... they have already ruled on evidence over 50 times. You didn't answer my questions....how many Trump appointed judges threw out his lawsuits vs. how many Trump appointed judges heard his cases? Next one....how many Trump appointed Supreme Court justices voted to hear any of the cases brought before them? I recall you saying "this will all end up in the supreme court..." but it hasn't. in fact, i cannot think of one single thing you've offered on this thread that has actually happened. you just lurch from one conspiracy theory to the next, throwing up any stupid affadavit that you think proves your point that only peters out when put to the real test in a court of law. Trump's lawyers didn't even PRESENT this "evidence." If they know it's bull shit why can't you?
Why are you changing the subject? Why do you keep deflecting? Wont work on me. I showed you an instance of a case working its way through court and evidence making it to a judge and NOT being thrown out and now you deflect again. You said this wasn't happening. It clearly is.
Here is the filed response to the audit by the Director of Elections. https://www.michigan.gov/documents/ag/SOS_Benson_Response_Antrim_County_710474_7.pdf I have no idea if this response is any more honest and truthful as the audit. Of course the Director of Elections (a democrat) is going to refute what is in the audit. It doesn't go into much detail. I would like to see this played out. I do not take the audit as necessarily being the truth either. It could be. An audit from an independent party needs to be done to verify. Allied Security Operations Group is not an independent party. The owner, Russell Ramsland, the guy who signed the audit, is a Conservative Republican from Texas. He ran for Congress as a Tea Party candidate against Pete Sessions in 2016. Lost in the primary. He is on record as being a supporter of conservative legislation in Texas. He seems like a good chap for the Conservative cause. I could vote for him if he runs again. He is not a cyber security expert. He is a business man with degrees in political science and business. His reputation was built in the oil and gas industry and politics. ASOG has only been around since 2018. When you go to the website, it was only created in 2020. This company does not have much experience. I can't find an employee list detailing who the 'expert' in cyber security is. Ramsland signed the audit but he can't be the expert. Also, ASOG is the 2nd highest donor to the Grassroots America - We the People PAC. This is a conservative PAC in Texas. They support core conservative causes. So we have a Democrat Politician swearing into court a line by line rebuttal and a Republican businessman / politician who doesn't have much experience in cyber security swearing in an audit. We deserve another audit of the system. It is funny that this whole Antrim vote thing was brought up by a guy named Bill Bailey because a marajuana dispensary ordinance was passed in his town when he thought it shouldn't have been. So yeah, he doesn't like weed so I don't like him.
Why is knowing the "experts" name important? What is important are the findings. Its like talking with a brick with some of you.... If Hitler told you 2 + 2 = 4, would you tell him he was wrong because he murdered a few million people? It is still a true statement.... I mean, who can argue with logic like this: In B.17 the report suggests that an “unauthorized user unsuccessfully attempted to zero out election results. This demonstrates additional tampering with data.” The report does not explain why this demonstrates tampering. However the glaringly obvious point remains from Russell Ramsland which is 100% true, the audit logs have be wiped..... Why?
Nah. I know what 2 +2 is. If I don't know, I want the 2nd opinion. If my doc tells me I have cancer, I'll go to another one. If Hitler wanted 2+2 to be 5, then I'll know something is up. Crazy voter fraud story for ya: An air-conditioning repairman was driving his truck through Houston in late October when suddenly a black SUV slammed into his tail. When he got out, the SUV's driver leaped out and pointed a gun at his head, police said. When police arrived, the gunman offered an incredible tale: The driver, he said, was the face of a vast election-fraud scheme and had about 750,000 fake ballots stuffed inside his truck. That story was totally bogus, police now say. The man's truck was full of nothing but A/C parts, and the gunman - Mark Anthony Aguirre, a former Houston Police Department captain - had been paid more than $250,000 by a right-wing organization to pursue far-fetched voter-fraud conspiracy theories.
This Antrim County mess was sorted out and explained within a day or two of the election. The incorrect votes were never reported in official totals and the correct votes were confirmed by the county’s canvass/audit, I don’t remember, as part of the normal election process.
I work in cybersecurity and that is a giant red flag that there has been shenanigans. Audit logs should never be wiped under any circumstance unless its to cover electronic tracks.
I did as well for the USAF. Which is why the HRC classified shit was so troubling. When people here said "It wasn't marked (even though many where marked", they really dont understand the system and neither does the media. Someone had to physically remove the classified information. You can't accidentally email it to a Gmail account. Different wires. Audit logs are very important for many reasons. @mancha mentioned this guy worked in Oil & Gas. Funny he should mention that. Audit logs are required for O&G production on federal land and are also required per API standards. But hey, who needs them in voting....
