This will be interesting as she’s got a very high bar to meet if the election is to be overturned. I assume she has standing with her plaintiffs but that’s the first bar. Without standing there is no case. As this is a civil case evidence beyond doubt is not the standard but preponderance of the evidence is. Regardless there will need to be documented data as I doubt mere affidavits or testimony will be enough to sway the judge or jury. Time will be the major challenge. There are constitutional deadlines and requirements. Finally the remedy is a problem. It will take more than evidence of fraud to throw the state to Trump but convincing data to show he actually won. The other remedy she mentions, throwing out the state entirely would disenfranchise millions...again a high bar to meet. I’m not committing on the validity of her charges....the data will show one way or another. My comment is on her path to success.

Republican legislatures, Governors and Secretary of States have certified the results because they know that the elections were free and fair. The problem that Trump is having is that he got somewhere in the neighborhood of 6-7 million fewer votes than Biden did. The truth is that when you have no other policy position other than "own the libs" it gets old and reasonable people learn that all the bluster is just that...bluster. There isn't a single thing that Trump has done that cannot be undone on day one and with one stroke of a pen.
