Note in spite of the wild eyed claims of Rudi and Sidney none of the filings in court have claimed fraud. Why not? Unsubstantiated claims will get lawyers sanctioned and disbarred. Likewise hand recounts have pretty much backed up the machine totals. Doesn't cover any human error that may or may not have eliminated a ballot before it was counted. Just covers the actual count, no surprise. The malfeasance, if there was any occurred prior to the actual count. The chain of custody/proff of legality of ballots have long since been destroyed. That is why Trump will fail. Answer me this. In Georgia the governor and Secretary of State are both Republicans and Trump supporters. Did they conspire with the Democrats to throw the the election to Biden or were they duped? Remember the governor was secretary of state when he ran so he is very deeply involved in the process. How did that happen??? Provide the same explanation for Florida which used Dominion but Trump won. Are you agreeing with Sidney that Republicans were in on the plot to overthrow Trump???
No I’m relying on the preponderance of the evidence backed up by statements of Republicans in office that have real time information and statements in court by Republican lawyers saying they are NOT implying fraud. In other words documentable information not Twitter posts by anonymous people, ONAN or crazy Sidney and Rudy.
Very, very unlikely to overturn the election, but let them dig and uncover as much voter fraud and shenanigans as they can. Let them expose as much as possible. A lot of this stuff has probably been going on for years, some fraud may be new. But this is VERY HEALTHY for our system. And very good for Americans to move forward with more confidence in the system. Think of it as a long overdue spring cleaning for our voting systems. Every time i hear people say "just concede and move on" they're missing an awesome opportunity to improve.
No it's not. It is where the fraud occurs. You can't catch it after the ballots are counted. The processes and poll workers are supposed to work as a gatekeeper to keep out illegal/forged/stolen ballots. Once a ballot gets by that, it is virtually impossible to claim it's fraudulent. You're rationalizing.
