i'm not sure about 'known' losses in those demographics....i know what the nyt, cnn, et al have said, but I also knoiw polls are moving more in trumps direction. see here: https://www.thetrafalgargroup.org/

i also suspect any losses in the demopgraphics mention would be off set by gains among Latinos and Blacks.... If trump gets double digit support from Blacks it's over for Biden.

cherry picking of polls isn't the best predictor of 'hope'. Again see the trafalgar group poll alluded to earlier

Specifically in Florida, Cuban-American's make up the majority of the Latino vote in Florida. If I were a betting man, I can't see Cubans voting for socialism again....

    https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-ta...erican-voters-identify-as-republican-in-2020/

And this is were national "Hispanic" polling fails. Gotta look at the states.

"Cubans in Florida have helped make the state’s Latino vote different from that of the nation overall. In 2016, 54% of Cubans in Florida voted for Donald Trump, compared with 35% of the state’s Latino voters overall and 28% of Latinos nationwide, according to exit polls. (A Pew Research Center study of the 2016 electorate based on validated voters found similar voting patterns among Latinos nationwide.)

Turnout among Cuban Americans has regularly been one of the highest among Hispanic eligible voter groups. In 2016, 58% of Cubans voted, compared with 55% of Dominicans, 49% of Salvadorans, 46% of Puerto Ricans and 44% of Mexicans, according to an analysis of Census Bureau data. The voter turnout rate for Latino eligible voters overall was 48%."

Re: Trump's poor planning and execution for the Pandemic. I ask because I hear it all of the time how Trump poorly lead the US into shitty pandemic results. What I am asking those who force the statement is just how did he fuck it up and more importantly, how exactly would anyone have done to achieve a better result?

I mean, all he did was establish guidelines and left it up to the individual states to set their own parameters. Shouldn't the finger-pointing be on the leadership of those individual states? Why does Trump have to be the scapegoat in that? I don't get it

That is correct. Trump doesn't have the "dictator" authority they routinely claim he has.

New York's Old people deaths are 100% on them. Not Trump. They didn't even use the ship he sent. They just killed all the old people.

I agree to an extent. Certainly Cuomo Newsome Whitmer and most of the governors didn’t perform any better. However Trump wavered and never presented a consistent message. Most of the time he has been in denial. Likewise he didn’t take any responsibility for his mistakes....again so did others. The one thing you all ignore is that as president and leader he should have done better. We have the highest number of cases and deaths. It was not handled well.

It’s sad that so many are willing to go to any length to excuse Trump and his bad acts. Deflect ignore and defend so a lack of morality

Hidden in there is what precisely, would any objector have done differently? That is exactly what I have not heard. Perhaps it has been said, but I have not heard it.

If a Democrat had been president it would have been a lot worse. He wouldn't have shut down incoming traffic from China.
