Peaky Blinders my friend. If you haven't watched this series on Netflix you are missing out. Hardy and Murphy are both in it.

It was very good. It was a little confusing at first because it tends to bounce back and forth and show you things you have already seen just from different angles or vantage points, but once I figured that out, shit what a movie. Like Vball said not a lot of dialogue but the scenery is fantastic and it's very moving and powerful.

Also that Churchill speech we shall fight never surrender famous speech, I get chills every time I hear it no matter who is reading it.

    *SPOILER* Specifics mentioned here.

Exactly. Nolan is a straight up movie maker.

Sound and editing were unreal. You get bombarded (no pun intended) for the entire movie with the sounds of war and yet one of the most powerful scenes is a gasless Spitfire and her immobile prop soaring over the beach at the end. That juxtaposition was amazing.

Yeah that was great. That and the scene where the civilian ships are passing the military ship and everyone is cheering. And Kenneth Branaugh continues to be an amazing actor.

All heart in that scene. Branaugh carries the screen even with a big ass jacket, a hat, and minimal lines.

How do you like Hardy? Nothing but eyes through a sketchy cockpit and still you get pulled in.
