I believe he is talking about using a "Texas Rig" to attach the weights to his decoys. You can get them from Academy or Bass Pro. Trust me, it comes in handy. Did you get the link I posted? Also, buy him a few D rings to clip the decoys together. I recommend putting a double overhand knot in the base of the lines closest to the decoys, and then clip that to the loops on the other end of the decoys. hard to explain over text, but I'm sure he knows what to do with it. He will love you for this. Make sure the weights are the kind that slide up and down the lines too.
