oh and I believe the extra will help the gators more than us.

they also give a team an extra week to gameplan, if anything that cancels out uncle mo.

let's put it this way, i'd much rather have a bye week before florida than not.

    history says its a disadvantage.

its logical to think its best, its just the stats dont bear that out.

he has two hands, he can hold a playboy with one, and look up stats with the other. unless that hand is already occupied.

    I believe him

I just feel differently. If a team is improving or on a hot streak no way does a bye week help. I believe it only helps UF if its enough time for shebo to play against us.

EDIT: for her to play against us effectively

Standoff. I'm pretty good when all I have to do is nothing.:geaux:

PS I don't see bye weeks helping anywhere except healing nicked up players.

I kind of think Tebow isn't going to play so the bye week really helps them by giving Brantley 2 weeks of reps with the starters. Supposedly Tebow was still having some headaches as of yesterday and they recommend that the person be entirely symptom free for 7 days before starting any sort of physical exertion. We know that Saturday night in Death Valley is DEFINITELY some big time physical exertion. I just think it would be too big a risk if/when he got popped again it could screw up the rest of their season.
