I don't do the prediction thing when it comes to LSU and I won't tonight, but it would be big time for the Tigers to bring home a "W", given the circumstances. I would'nt call it an upset though. This game could pave the way to another special season.
Come on max... Have you really lost faith in our Tigers? I saw you predicted us to lose by one point... :laflagwav:laflagwav
Hey, Max! I don't want to get on your case, but can you support your claim that LSU is a 1.5 point underdog by providing us a link. All the links I've checked has LSU as a favorite, dropping from a 7 point favorite to as low as a 1 point favorite due to location change. That's hardly being an underdog.
I think it could be two extremes. We will either come out swinging and beat the hell out of them or come out flat and lose big.
I agree, the underdog or favorite thing don't mean crap. What scares me more is that we are playing the number 15th team in the nation at their place. The Tigers didn't get their annual cupcake game this year to warm up with, furthermore we have a completely new coaching staff outside of Jimbo and their will be rough times this season when they will have to work things out. LSU usually starts the season slow, this kinda reminds me of us playing Va Tech, don't remember if they were ranked. Having said this I think we have just as good a chance as anyone to win but rankings don't mean squat this time of the year. How many times are the rankings the same at the end of the year?
I think MRX was the poster that usually posts these stupid questions... this max is i think someone different, but with the same ability to ask bad questions.
