MSU hold on to the #4 spot even if they don't get to play in the SEC CG?

  1. I hope I'm around to see it. Better yet, I hope I know what I'm looking at. IconLOL.gif

  2. Yeah, settling on one or two out of this group is easier. SMH.

  3. So a crazy scenario that the committee would not want to deal with is Bama beats Auburn but then loses to Georgia in the SEC CG (Georgia needs Missouri to lose, so let's just assume that happens as well).

Then a 1 loss MSU is sitting really pretty at #3 (Bama loss moves them down, of course).

What do you do with a 2 loss SEC Champ Georgia? MSU would get in over the SEC Champ most likely.
  4. Say Missouri wins out and is the SEC Champ. Does that make it harder for State than the Georgia scenario? Georgia was highly touted and their second loss came after the Gurley suspension.

  5. I see Auburn beating Bama. Terry, what's Cooper's status?

Izzzy, a two loss SEC Champ doesn't cut it this year. Sorry. If there's no SOS formula I don't see how that argument will be sold. Well I see but I don't see, if you see what I mean.
  6. So many interesting scenarios. Isn't this shyt fun?!?!

    Playoff...DID YOU SAY PLAYOFF? :D

  8. Yeah, wishful thinking, I know. Stranger things have happened though.
  9. Yep, but Bama has too much to play for. Nick will have Bama prepared for prime time.
  10. I keep expecting Missouri to lose and they keep on winning. Beat Arkansas at home next week and they win the East. Let the nightmare scenario begin.
