Do you think WW is working behind the scenes?

    Already is a cheating POS. Got fired from his job & the entire LSU roster has transferred. Is that common? Next, LSU's going to get hit with very rough sanctions. All due to William. Did his players love LSU? No.

    Does it get worse than that? He didn't rape or kill anyone. Just the LSU Basketball program.

    Why would he steer players away? "Hey coach, where my money at? Haven't got my check from your wife yet". He is spiteful, he wants to hurt LSU at this point. due to LSU not letting him have his cheating ways any longer. I personally have no doubt he contacted each player & informed them of greener pastures elsewhere. He won't hold an FBS job again, at least for the next 5 years. He might get hired at a rinky-dink school as an "Analyst" but that seems doubtful, seeing the NCAA is not done with him yet. Heard he's looking for a way to sue LSU. Kinda like fired OL coach James Cregg trying to sue LSU, after being fired for cause.

    Let's see how much LSU fans love him when the sanctions hit.


    Meanwhile, I'm looking forward to Coach McMahon & rebuilding from the smoldering ashes. I like his attitude & like the hire. I think given 2 years or so, depending on how bad the sanctions are, he will make us winners again, instead of being thought of as cheaters.
    I think he might make the Final 8 or Final 4, if given the chance.

    Hate? I didn't hate William or Frank or Dusty - whatever his name is. But he fucked LSU Basketball up royally, really f'ing bad. That brings out anger with most LSU fans & will in the future to be sure.

    How can everyone "Let it Go", when we don't know or have the damages assessed yet? That phrase is thrown around too easy these day, imo. Maybe waiting for the bill to tallied up first, before letting it go? Any bets on LSU being able to keep all of mighty Will Wade wins?

    Marshall lost their entire football team in 1970 & rebuilt stronger than they were before. There are 3 college teams that lost everything, that I can remember. University of Evansville rebuilt as well, after losing everything in Basketball in a plane crash in 1977.

    While it may seem like a stretch to compare plane accidents to our situation, as far as our Basketball program damage itself, it's really not that much different. It's never been this bad before at LSU.

    No players, fired coach & newly hired coach.

    Witchita State lost some players in a 1970 plane crash. They decided to close down their entire Football program. Meaning getting a Shockers Football ticket is an ebay proposition, with a 1970 date or earlier.

    Not sure that can even happen in today's sports world with conference tie-ins & TV contracts.

    Interesting you took a first person approach to answering a reply that wasn't directed at you, but we'll let that go for now. The "let it go" was directed at a poster who created a vengeance scenario against LSU out of thin air, fueled by his (not your) hatred of Will Wade. At this point Wade is gone, and there's no percentage in pretending he's coming back, or creating these ridiculous scenarios. Oh, and for the record, I don't give a damn about "keeping" wins. One conference title in four years? I certainly don't give a shit whether we get to "claim" it or not. LSU is not going to shut down the basketball program. We made a good hire and he will make us competitive again. As quickly as next year? Probably not, but I'm not going anywhere.
