I hope he doesn't go. If he does, I can't say that I blame him. He should realize, however, that the fans up there are just as bad. Ask Rich Rod.

167 titles... wow, I thought the Big Ten went back to 1896, not 1843? A wild guess would be Bama and, say, Tennessee make up about 45% of all SEC titles...
:geaux: Politics, booster's, etc., etc. Have no idea. Just several articles I've read say he's a favorite. Prolly some wishful thinking involved too. :hihi: :LSU231:
If this was even a semi-done deal, why would Michigan be wanting to meet with NW's Pat Fitzgerald? Sources: Northwestern Wildcats coach Pat Fitzgerald to stay despite interest from Michigan Wolverines - ESPN Chicago
Not to mention he seems to be the only "Michigan man" able to beat Ohio State recently. He stays at LSU, though.
I voted no, not because I dont think he would take it ( I am 50/50 on that) if offered. I don't think he will be offered more due to money. I dont think they can pay him what he wants, plus the rich rod buyout, plus the les miles buyout, heard it was 1.25 mil just for Mich. I also second the fact that it will be hoke or maybe somebody from a small school. the only thing I smell fishy is harbaugh there is not as much talk about him as I thought there would be regardless of the nfl talk.
No. Look for a last name that starts with a P. I have two in mind...and one has LSU ties...and is, almost, in the Big 10 already. One more hint...they have already come out and stated they want a coach with defense as his strong suit.
