Agreed they are Americans. But we don't just make an area a state first off they must actually want to be a state. They must do certain things and formally request to be member of the club. They have yet to go through the formality of asking for statehood. Up to this point they have played both sides of the coin, they get to be Americans without putting into the kitty. This disaster just may force their hand.

Here's a good look into Trump's compassion for people. He gave this account to Howard Stern in 2008 of an incident that had happened at a Mar A Lago event: “So what happens is, this guy falls off right on his face, hits his head and I thought he died. “And you know what I did?
