    Saddam is believed to have murdered between 100,00 qnd 250,000 Iraqis, mostly Kurds, but also Shiites, dissidents, and intellectuals.

    Hitler is believed to have murdered between 400,000 and 750,000 germans, most Jews, but also Gypsies, Freemasons, homosexuals, political activists and Jehovahs Witnesses.

    I would still compare Saddam to Hitler because everything he did was just as bad as Hitler so I don't think a leader could be any worse
    than Saddam.

    Hitler threatened the stability of Europe and the world. Saddam was a threat to his people and possibly the middle east.
