I'm kinda in this camp. To say "upgrade," would be wishful thinking, at best. At least in my mind. Recruiting, I see that as something we're more capable of being able to measure, in some terms. Kind of a letdown though, since I feel we've recruited plenty well enough to win, recruiting is not our problem.
