1. Thankfully it was called an INT on the field. If it were called a catch I dont think it would have been overturned. Looking at it objectively I do think Reid had the INT.
  2. The ball shifted just a split second before the guy hit the ground, and that's what made it an INT. Don't know if the ref saw that in real time or not, but it happened and I am glad it did.
  3. No question Reid picked that pass. Saban had a mental lapse putting a Maze in that situation to throw a pass over the middle in the Red Zone, That was foolish, when a conservative play call could be followed by a short FG to take a 6 pt lead.
  4. Saban trying to pull a CLM trick play. LMAO, looked like Shooter McGavin trying practice Happy Gilmores swing in the woods, can't do it Nicky, now go blame your kicker and call him out!

Forget that we stuffed you for under 100 yards rushing and moved you BACKWARDS in overtime
  5. If Bama scores on that drive, Les would have figured out some way for us to respond. It's how he rolls.

As for penalties, what about the no call helmet to helmet?
  6. Well, none of the people I watched the game with celebrated at all when Reid made the play because we thought it would be overturned. The first 2 replays seemed to confirm that, but then the next 2 lead us to finally celebrate.
  7. By the book, it should have been called. I don't like those calls though. Shep was falling and that's how the helmet to helmet occurred.
  8. SEC refs seem to have stopped calling holding. It has to be really flagrant and even thenm they don't flag it often.
  9. Exactly what I saw and thought at the time and after the replay....the ball had starting comming out before hitting the ground.
