I agree. There are nothing but a bunch of negative people around here. He's going to play for a pro team and makes lots of money, there are lots a people in worse situations. :dis:
Actually we have a farm club for the rest of the NFL, a minor league team so to speak. I suppose I could feel somewhat good for Devery knowing he will eventually get moved up in the system to a NFL team after he matures with the Saints farm club.
The Saints had a great chance to get another Tiger, but chose instead to draft a DT with 6 sacks in his CAREER!!!! Chad got drafted 2 or 3 picks later by the hated Falcons. If we're gonna lose, let's lose with guys we've followed in college!
Here is a negative bio (Henderson 2end Rd. pick) for a negative Saints fan. Negatives: Still learning the position and needs route refinement, as he tends to round off his breaks … Has to do a better job of securing the ball before turning upfield (fumble problems) … Does not apply himself in the class room and will do just enough to get by … Also has an adequate weight room work ethic … While he has outstanding acceleration, there is a little stiffness in his lower body.
You forgot to mention that Walter Payton broke the rushing record in the Dome that year. And you still didn't mention one positive thing so can we call Sabanfan-formerSaintsfan
Nope. I just have enough sense to come in out of the rain. If the Saints have any success in my lifetime (which is extremely doubtful) and I'm on here joining in the fun, then call me a fair weather fan. Until then, STFU. I was a Saints fan. I'm no longer a Saints fan and I have no intention of ever again being a Saints fan. In fact, except for MLB, I have zero interest in any professional sports.
Comments about SF are unwarranted. SabanFan has a right to feel the way that he does about the Saints. I feel the same way. We both want the Saints to win, though. If I had my choice between LSU or the Saints to win it all, I would pick LSU every time. I like the Saints, but I bleed Purple and Gold.
