It's less not having anything to play for and more players on offense aren't bought in and are tired of this shit. Not all, but many.
thats bs. the arkansas performance was predictable. I told you how it would look a week before kickoff. it was expected. the coaching and play calling while predictable is not explainable under any circumstance.
I didn't say it wasn't predictable. I didnt say it was explainable. I said many of the players are tired of this shit. Especially the young guys. You drinking?
im telling you i told you how and why it would happen right after the bama game. hence it was very predictable and explainable prior, einstein. the players didnt quit or not play hard. they lacked the intensity of arkansas because the hogs were playing for their lives. we were playing for one less loss at seasons end. your reasoning is wrong. im sure there are disgruntled players. an ass kicking always brings the negative stuff to light. if we had won, youd never heard a peep.
Motivation level was different, sure. I guess you can make that part of the story. But multiple players just looked done. They were arguing amongst themselves. Heads down on the sideline. I'm sure the cold didn't help. But yeah, I'm sure that lack of fire has nothing to do with players just done with an offense that resembles an old lady falling down stairs. The players consulted their spreadsheets and realize they are mathematically eliminated from playoff contention and that effort would just be wasted energy.
No. That was just my opinion of why he should start Harris. I give it essentially 0 chance he starts Harris.
I just really don't think Miles will allow Harris on the field. He'll give us "Jennings gives us the best opportunity to win" shit.
There is no reason to think that the last game is going to be any different than the others. Don't hope for something different. Miles will only disappoint you. His philosophy is set in stone. At least now we know that Miles doesn't think Jennings is worth a crap at throwing the ball. He just thinks Jennings is the better option at not making mistakes.
