They didn't get "deported". They were given food, water, and medical attention and then moved to a place to live where their legal consequences and daily needs can be consolidated and accomodated until their futures are worked out. Martha's Vineyard is a tiny island with no facilities for migrants. I posted a video summary of this vile human trafficking. In a nutshell: - DeSantis used Florida state money to hire a private air company to go to Texas - DeSantis hired stooges to lie to asylum seekers in Texas that they would find jobs and shelter in Massachusetts. - DeSantis hired stooges to falsify Federal paperwork for those asylum seekers, giving them impossible addresses so that they would have impossible court dates. - The plane boarded men, women, and children, some who needed medical attention to a place that hadn't been advised they were coming and thus made no food or medical preparations for their arrival. - Once there those migrants were treated with compassion by the residents of Martha's Vineyard. - DeSantis is a vile piece of white trash, born with a silver spoon in his mouth, exploiting human beings, who no doubt calls himself "Christian". Anybody who supports this action of trafficking human beings as pawns for political stunts is also a vile piece of trash. Go right ahead and call yourself "Christian" because that's certainly turning out to be the modern aspect of the term: vile.
By using terms like 'trafficking' and 'asylum seekers', you're just parroting what your twitter gods are telling you to. The actual term is illegal immigrants. Had they followed the law of the land and tried seeking asylum the legal way, none of this would have ever happened. Why are you ok with them breaking our immigration and asylum laws.
