I think you don’t believe there are enough people like me @HalloweenRun and others who are disgusted with Trump and mad at the representatives who enable him. The house wasn’t lost to the leftist like AOC. She and her posse won leftist seats. The house was lost to moderate democrats who could have been republicans. Pelosi was and is smart enough to support more conservative Democrats in conservative districts. Trump and the Republican leadership has been enforcing a purity of positions that drives people away. Therein hangs the balance.

We live in districts that are so Republican that no democrat has a chance. Yet there are districts in swing states (Virginia, NC, Texas, the west and Midwest) where the split is close to even. A small change becomes significant. Thus 2018. Trump has done nothing to change that. He plays to his 38-42% base. That works in Louisiana...other places not so much.

The house was lost during the fake Russia-Gate investigation.

Trump has more Dem policies than GOP ones.

You have to look at a map man.

There is not a Dem on the board that can get to 270. Its not possible.

As to your read of 2018, keep dreaming. If he has so many democrat policies, as I’ve pointed out all along as one of the reasons I don’t like him) why do you support him?

Like the one that left the democratic party and joined the Republicans?

You mentioned Pelosi and I will not be surprised if she loses her seat! Trump will have all the house and senate for his second term AND appoint two more supreme court justices at a minimum. RBG will die and Thomas will retire and that is a net gain of 1 to an already right leaning court.

    We are in good times.

Keep dreaming? Its not a dream in the real world. The entire thing was a fucking sham.

Look at who else I have to vote for. Is this difficult for you?

So you’re basically admitting that you’re voting for Trump because the alternative is worse.....same as me. Why do you it’s wrong when I point out that I don’t like his policies? Why the apparent blind support? This is a discussion forum where openness should be encouraged isn’t it?

The house flipped because 40 GOP house members screwed the pooch and retired.
