He was predicted to be the nominee (Bernie) for 2020 right after Trump won. Almost a lock. Or so it seems.
I heard the communist 'culture' & influence is still quite strong in Vietnam, according to a friend of mine - a little off putting. I choose Thailand.
when i moved back to baton rouge in 2017 i went to LSU for a while. i was the oldest guy in class. not old enough to be the dad of the other kids, but not far off. i was studying international poltics and law. the other kids were hugely liberal.in one class we polled em. they woulda elected bernie. at a conservative southern state school. wild. kids love that old codger.
i have been to vietnam and its lovely. esp in the south the commie culture is not the case at all. all over, the govt is like that, with commie murals and bullshit. and a museum of american aggrression in hanoi. but its fine. its actually spectacularly fantastic. i would be more than happy to live there. they love americans. the war is old news they dont give a shit. the whole population is super young and cant be bothered with it. also they need america as a friend, badly, as china becomes more aggro. and we are there for them. we are becoming closer and closer, which is good. love vietnam.
He started the whole "forgive all student loans" craze during the last election cycle. My kid was in college and got all excited about that one too, and he didn't even have any debt. His love of that socialist wanker ended the moment he saw the taxes that came out of his first real paycheck.
if we had free college, people would major in faggotry and fuckbrainism, with no consideration of needing to pay back the loan by majoring in something useful. we would have no engineers and a million people who majored in grievance studies. also, being young and recently educated means you have a whole life to pay off that debt. and you are already almost upper middle class, for being educated. you already are among the worlds global elite. no need to fuck the taxpayer and make him pay your bills.
