Do you even know the difference between investigation and conclusion, you nitwit? Furthermore, "collusion" is not a legal criminal term... Mueller specifically said that he wasn't investigating "collusion", but "conspiracy" under statutory law. And then he specifically said that his report did not exonerate trump, only that he could not establish that the trump campaign had committed criminal conspiracy. It made no determination of "collusion". YOU TRULY CAN NOT READ, much less think.
It seems Mueller was looking at the wrong person to find "conspiracy" as this was all a setup. No wonder he didnt find a single ounce of evidence on Trump.
