The logistics of moving Delta’s largest hub doesn’t compare to landing Amazon’s second HQ. New Orleans may be capable of handling a minor airlines secondary hub.....Delta’s primary in your dreams.

NOLA might not be able to handle Delta but cities like Chicago, LA or DFW could and would find the money to make it happen if they thought Delta wanted to move.

It could but I would imagine the contracts of the ones they have would not be favorable to it
