California continues to pass ever more aggressive and restrictive gun laws. A little at a time. The 9th Circuit is one of the most dangerous entities in the country. They do in fact, "change" laws even when the voters in a particular state have made their vote known. Who appoints judges? Once in, they tend to stay a loooong while.
