FIFY and yes, it most certainly is. Mueller found "no documentary evidence" that Trump was personally aware of the interactions called into question during and after the election. This is an important statement because Mueller went on to describe a host of questionable interactions between members of Trump's campaign and members of Russian intelligence/government officials and Oligarchs. Mueller never stated that there were not questionable contacts between the campaign and the Russians, just that he found no evidence that Trump was personally aware of it, ordered it or had entered into a quid pro quo with the Russians. Mueller was quite clear that those questionable interactions surrounded the possibility of a Trump Tower in Moscow, Roger Stone and his ties to Wikileaks and the campaigns attempts to find Clinton's lost e-mails. I think Mueller conducted a good investigation so I accept his findings. 100% that you will still be just as clueless.
I would gladly oblige however any 6 year old with common sense would know the Mueller investigation was a farce and Hillary, Obama, Comey, Clapp and scores of others set up a scheme to make sure if Trump should win they could take him out.
