I'm not aware of another poster who lives in CO. With all of my ailments & the COVID threat I'm reluctant to travel.
My sister and her husband live in Castle Rock but are moving next week. My best friend lives in Springs. I’ve been there 3 times. Springs twice and once to Denver for their wedding Beautiful but just too dry for me. Big time culture shock too. I talk waaay different than Colorado people.
The golf thing was myself, Kyle, MC, Winston, Pride, Grad65 but not sure if I'm missing anyone. Kyle got hit in the head with a golf ball I've met and hung out with Red, Tirk, Tiga, Bayou and Nootch I know @el005639 from High School but haven't seen him since we went into the Corps (Godspeed Marine, you got this!) Maybe a few others that deserted to grads board
When was the last time you were in the Springs? I've been here since 1972 with the exception of one year (Aug 81 - Aug 82) when I spent a year in Turkey on a remote tour in the USAF.
The girls in Denver are ate up with PC, wacko environmentalism, feminism and many other isms. Give me some good ole southern girls and Cajun girls. Also the food in Denver sucks. Great skiing 70 miles west and beyond though.
