let him go. we're pretty set a linebacker, and honestly if a kid doesnt want to play here at LSU oh well. We're gonna be a contender for a long time. We recruit well, and we have the pieces in place to keep making title runs. it's not a trend losing top in state players. It happens to everyone. let them go, because i can assure you some out of state kid would love to take their place.

 

Maybe it's the state? I know I've wanted out of here most of my life.

So he doesn't like players being disappointed with losing the title game, but he loves players who are happy with losing in the big 12?

Or you can look at it as proving that rumors from fans can hurt recruiting.

 

plus, i would like to know if that is from talking directly to players, or reading the same "stuff" that is all over the internet that players "involved" have said is not true?
