    I can pet butterflies and kiss roses and sit down to pee and hug trees all you want me too but the fact is better coaches are available.......okay Im positive about that.. and Its ULL to you:grin:

    I like coach O and earlier I thought he'd be a good DC here. The fact is we need someone with DC experience, who has proven they can improve defenses wherever they go. Besides the guy said he'll bring a five star with him wherever he goes!:grin:

    im posting this just to be sure dan gets no sleep tonight:



    To us, "blitzing" means rushing five men. We do not believe in bringing six. Bringing only five allows us to keep a free safety in the middle to help our corners. Only Florida State had more sacks than us this year, so we are convinced it is effective. Our goal is to create one-on-one rushing situations or positive rushing angles. By tying in our fronts with key buzz words, we can create what looks we wish (see Diagrams 13-16).

    Not unlike a lot of people, we believe you cannot let the QB have time to throw, but will not blitz just to say we're blitzing. We'd rather be creative and find ways to pressure without the risk.

    Tirk Im very happy. I sold 1 of my homes today. made a little money. life is good for me. I have 1 in college going to be a Doctor and 1 little one . we are all healthy. Earn a good living. It is good to be me...........but Vic is not the man.

    It was almost embarrassing to watch them against Alabama. He allowed Nick Walker to look like Antonio Gates. He reminds me of Texas A&M defensive coordinator Joe Kines. Severe bend but don't break that looks great statically.

    Guess we'll see.

    They need a defensiev coordinator. Chavis is a good one. He is originally from South Carolina.
    Only Dabo knows.
    Find me a Defensive Coordinator that has never been fired and I'll show you a defensive coordinator who is working his first coaching job.

    :rofl: I dont mean to be pessimistic it just that I feel LSU can do better than Vic.
    just a question. I ask because you are usually spot on.....Do you think CLM still holds a grudge against Coach O? Could this be the reason LSU will not offer Ed? just asking.

    Even if we hired O, he wouldn't be the DC... he'd end up a position coach.
