Have ya'll Tried Bubba's on Hillcrest? Fried chicken, fried okra, mashed potatos, etc. It's excellent.

Texadelphia on Greenville has the best cheesesteaks I've ever had. There used to be on in Deep Elm but it closed.

For higher-end, Nick and Sams is a good steak place in uptown and Dakotas downtown is good too.

    Tin-Star for moderately priced Mexican.

The Great Outdoors on Greenville has good sandwiches but the thing I'm looking for is a place that has good shrimp poyboys.

Does the Dallas Bob's serve that huge glazed carrot with every meal? Man, that's a big carrot.

I tried Uncle Julio's this month after the OU/TX game. It was below average. I won't go there again.

We also ate at Fogo De Chao in Addison it was excellent. If you love meat, you will like this place. Skimp on the salad bar. Leave room for the meat. Skip lunch the day you go.
