I've got some University of Michigan stuff. Both my parents are alumni from there to explain that. I also own a NC State T-Shirt that I wore to the FSU-NC State where FSU lost.
Because of my previous work in college and pro athletics I've got all kinds of crap - shirts, jerseys, caps, hats, helmets, balls, bats, key chains, pens...etc. from a number of state schools and teams. I have a very old Notre Dame cap I mainly use as a fishing and work cap. But most of my stuff I wear though is all LSU purple and gold.
Lots of Ole Miss stuff. :hihi: :hihi: We used to have a preacher that was a big LSU fan. Sometimes even wore a LSU tie with his suit while in the pulpit. Could care less how much he loved his tigers. When not "on the job", he usually wore an old faded LSU cap. No problem. He wasn't too hard on me, but I thought that really wasn't the place. S-O!!! I began to go to church with the cap of who ever LSU was to play next. He would be at the door of the church to shake hands with the people as they left. Right before I would get to him, I would pull out the cap of the week from under my coat and give a big smile as we shook hands. He thought it was funny and always wanted to know how many caps I had. He thought I had a bunch of money in caps. Walmart usually has a large selection for $5 each. I own Auburn, Ala., Tenn, Ga. and others. Never wear them now that the preacher has moved on.:hihi: :hihi:
Everything I have is LSU except for: and my sketch of Ryan Moats (rushed for a final)... That's about it. The only team other than the Tigers (and non-Louisiana school) I actually rooted for growing up was Kansas St. But I'd never wear their stuff. I bleed purple and gold. I wear purple and gold. :helmet: :helmet: :helmet: :helmet: :helmet: :helmet: :helmet: :helmet: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: :tigerhead :tigerhead :tigerhead :tigerhead :tigerhead :tigerhead :tigerhead :tigerhead :tigerhead :tigerhead :tigerhead :tigerhead
I have a tulane shirt from when i was five or six, my dad an i went to a few games back then. Seen my son with it on the other day, don`t know why it`s been around so long I`am forty now, and yes,i did tell him to take it off.:geauxtige
I used to Have a Texas cap a cousin gave me for Christmas but someone stole it at work. My wifes cousin gave her some clothes one time and included was a Miss St sweatshirt. It "disapeared".
I have a few Notre Dame shirts and a couple of hats. My like of them comes from my dad along with liking the Celtics.
I own a UNO hat from when I used to go there. I used to think that was college. Ha!! I used to be a big Hurricanes fan when I was little although I'm not sure why. I had tons Miami hats and clothes when I was little. Most of clothes in general is LSU related.
I have a University of Hawai'i shirt my dad got me on a business trip there a couple years ago. He said on Honolulu there was a big rainbow that started behind the mountain and ended right in the center of UH's campus. Pretty sweet. Everything else is LSU. That's the nice thing about having all LSU alumni for parents and grandparents- they know just what to get you.
