I think one of the determining characteristics of making a 'great catch' and how high it ranks in the list of great catches is whether or not the amount of effort that it took to make the catch was justified. For example, if a ball hits a receiver in the numbers, bounces off, and he has to dive and save it right before it hits the ground, it's a good effort, but not a great catch. It should have been caught when it hit him in the chest. I'm not sure if the catch Corey made needed to be as hard as it ended up being, and for that reason, I'm hesitant to call it one of the best catches of the week.
Sorry, that was just an example. I don't believe the ball hit him in the chest, I just remember thinking that Corey struggled with that INT a lot more than he should have.
