No. My wife's family had a father's day thing at the lake for her dad. It was important that I attend that. Therefore, I couldn't get there early enough to get in line. Last night I was thinking how much it sucked that I wan't there. Then I thought - at least I'm in the A/C!

I already told my wife that I will be there for the full 2 weeks next year. Yard pass has been granted :D

That said, does anyone know if there is a way to get tickets for next year now, or is it just that one brief instant in April (I think) that they go on sale?

There's nothing wrong with kids having fun, getting fired up, etc. But the skipping to home plate and curtain calls were a bit too much. That's how batters end up getting beaned in the face and brawls get started. Coleman is a complete class act and would never stoop that low, fortunately. Texas should act like they've been there before, because they have.

I don't think UT is mentally tough enough to come back from the loss last night. LSU exposed their biggest strength...

    27 outs away!

i cant stand augie garrido. the belt act was cheap, and in the past he has been accused by other lil dozen schools (i cant remember who right now) of putting cameras in the opposing dugouts to steal signals.

however, he is a good coach and seems from what we have seen in the post season, can give a helluva pep talk and keep his team motivated.

beer on ice, and counting the minutes. 4 hours, 3 minutes to go.

I think they are safe for another 3-5 depending on his parole hearings.

I dunno Okie, the belt act wasn't very different from Flynn pretending to be hurt because his chin strap broke IMO. Didn't bother me much if it was fake. Never heard about the cameras.

I'll be keeping track of the game from Minute Maid Park tonight (have tickets to the Astros game; Greinke is pitching for the Royals). Unfortunately, the chat room doesn't work on the iPhone because it's Flash-based.
